Cinnamon Rolls

Quarantine has led me to thinking I am a pastry chef (which is absolutely not true). But its also been super exciting to try out new recipes since I now have so much time on my hands. I am obsessed with cinnamon rolls. I would go to Cinnabon every single day if my stomach allowed it and I have also deemed that Cinnamon Rolls will be at my wedding in some form. I decided since its a little more difficult to obtain Cinnabon now a days that I would try my hand at making my own. I found this recipe and decided to give it a try.

Making cinnamon rolls or anything with yeast for that matter is difficult. Waiting for it to rise, making sure you aren’t over kneading it. It can be a real pain but I set aside the time and ingredients to try this one out and I was not disappointed in the slightest. In fact it was all family easy to follow my only thing is I wish I had made my dough a little thicker. But all in all everyone that tried them said they tasted good so I guess it was a success. If you are finding yourself craving a roll you should try making them yourself first!
